As the Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategic evolution of Floor & Decor connected customer experiences. You will be responsible for defining and executing a product vision that grows customer loyalty, drives conversion, and supports business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of ecommerce platforms and user behavior, with a focus on delivering seamless, personalized, and high-performing digital experiences.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in marketing, merchandising, UX, engineering, and analytics to shape the roadmap and ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing the product lifecycle, driving innovation, and delivering measurable results.
Your Day Consists Of
· Define and lead the product strategy
· Own and evolve the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
· Drive experimentation through A/B testing and user research to optimize performance and user satisfaction
· Collaborate with UX, content, and merchandising teams to deliver engaging and intuitive shopping journeys
· Partner with analytics to define KPIs and measure the success of product features and enhancements
· Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities for innovation
· Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and cross-team coordination to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
· Develop and validate business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
· Champion a customer-centric approach across all touchpoints, including CRM, email, and support
· Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert in ecommerce shopping behavior and content strategy
· Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the growth of the product management discipline
You’ll Be Successful With
· 6+ years of digital product management experience with a focus on ecommerce
· Demonstrated ability to lead product vision, strategy, and execution across multiple initiatives
· Stakeholder management experience with groups such as technology, marketing, merchandising, and store operations
· Ability to gather data from multiple sources, creating analysis and defining hypothesis that lead to quality products
· Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience influencing and presenting to executive leadership (VP and above)
· Strong project management, process development, and change management skills
Work Environment / Physical Expectations
• Primarily a sedentary role with extended periods of sitting, though occasional walking, standing, or light physical activity (lifting up to 20 lbs) may be needed.
• Work is typically performed in a quiet to moderate office setting, with occasional exposure to active warehouse environments and moving equipment.
