As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll own the Promotions experience for our Sportsbook platform, driving innovative, scalable, and personalized features that delight users and deliver business results. You’ll guide cross-functional teams across engineering, analytics, and design to deliver promotional mechanics that are as seamless as they are impactful. Your work will shape how customers engage with our most visible incentives—building smarter experiences that keep players coming back. With an eye on customer value and profitability, you’ll define and evolve our promotional strategy for one of our most critical growth levers.
Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for the Promotions product area across Sportsbook
Design and ship scalable promotional mechanics that enhance engagement without disrupting user flow
Partner with Engineering to deliver reusable APIs, tools, and libraries that unlock promotional agility
Collaborate with Analytics and Data Science to optimize promo effectiveness through experimentation and personalization
Elevate the perceived value of promotions by improving visibility, clarity, and customer feedback loops
Define and track KPIs that measure promo adoption, performance, and profitability
Balance promotional impact with business outcomes, driving strategy to increase incentivized handle
Act as a thought leader across the organization on how to grow customer value through promotions
At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing platforms
Experience designing customer journeys that balance usability, personalization, and revenue impact
Strong technical fluency and comfort working with engineering and data teams on architecture and tooling
A data-driven mindset with experience running A/B tests and interpreting results to drive decisions
Strategic thinking and executional rigor, with the ability to prioritize and pivot in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to influence across functions and levels
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, quickly structuring problems and driving toward solutions
A passion for customer experience and a relentless focus on quality and value

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 136,000.00 USD - 170,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
