About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Adoption Product Manager at Missionforce Agentforce Public Sector is responsible for driving successful adoption and value realization of the Missionforce Agentforce products across public sector customers. This role focuses on defining and executing adoption strategies that ensure customers, partners, and internal teams can effectively implement, showcase, and scale the product.
As part of the Product Management organization, this role leads the development of a multi-release adoption roadmap, working closely with product leadership to define per-release strategies. These include how the product is instrumented to measure adoption and success, how new capabilities are surfaced through trial and sales demo environments, and how implementation complexity is reduced through targeted investments in documentation, enablement, and automated setup.
The role also plays a critical part in accelerating adoption across the broader ecosystem. By partnering with implementation partners, sales engineers, support teams, and other customer-facing roles, the Adoption Product Manager ensures that stakeholders are equipped to help public sector customers achieve value quickly and confidently from Missionforce Agentforce Public Sector products.
Although this is an individual contributor role, it requires a “Chief Adoption Officer” mindset. The role acts as a trusted advisor to senior product leaders, regularly reporting progress, insights, and risks to the product leadership team. Strategies are informed by a combination of firsthand experience, customer and partner feedback, and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities & Impact
As the Adoption Product Manager, you will act as a trusted advocate for customers and stakeholders, driving strategies that ensure Missionforce products are successfully implemented, widely adopted, and deliver measurable value. You will:
Influence and align senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Engineering, and Product Management, presenting adoption strategies, surfacing risks, and advocating for actions that maximize customer value.
Lead adoption initiatives with conviction, speaking up to recommend strategies, mitigate risks, or highlight difficult truths to ensure the success of your product across public sector organizations.
Work hands-on with Salesforce features each release, configuring new capabilities, validating documentation and enablement resources, and understanding the real-world effort required for adoption, demos, or proof-of-concept implementations.
Leverage product and adoption expertise to inform the product roadmap, optimize the customer experience, and remove barriers to adoption, ensuring solutions meet the needs of regulated, mission-critical environments.
Drive measurable impact on customer value, recognizing that rapid and successful adoption contributes directly to growth, reduced attrition, and stronger engagement with Missionforce products.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years influencing and advising senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Engineering, or Product Management to align teams around a common vision.
5+ years of Salesforce (or similar) implementation consulting, or equivalent experience that demonstrates prior hands-on technical depth as well as understanding of the challenges customers face in adopting new software innovation and adoption challenges.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to executive stakeholders and advocate for adoption strategies.
Proven ability to operate with flexibility and navigate ambiguity while driving measurable adoption outcomes.
Passion for ensuring customers realize value from cloud-based products and for accelerating adoption to drive growth and reduce attrition.
We are especially interested in applicants with an industry, domain and/or product background that aligns to the target products.
