Senior Product Manager

Charlotte, NC Full Time

Intuit Credit Karma is a mission-driven company, focused on championing financial progress for our more than 140 million members globally. While we're best known for pioneering free credit scores, our members turn to us for everything related to their financial goals, including identity monitoring, applying for credit cards, shopping for insurance and loans (car, home and personal) and savings accounts and checking accounts* – all for free. Credit Karma has grown significantly through the years: we now have more than 1,700 employees across our offices in Oakland, Charlotte, Culver City, San Diego, London, Bangalore, and New York City.

Consumers collectively miss out on over $6B in unused rewards and benefits each year. Information overload, a lack of awareness of available benefits, and decision fatigue at the register make maximizing rewards too complex and manual for the average consumer. The Cards team is on a mission to change that by accelerating Credit Karma’s transformation from an episodic credit-monitoring utility into an everyday financial platform. We leverage our unmatched scale and rich data insights to provide real-time, proactive coaching.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Product Manager to help lead the future of our Credit Cards product experience. In this role, you will drive the evolution of our credit card optimization tools and our "done-for-you" card marketplace. You will be responsible for transitioning our experience into a dynamic recommendation engine that proves to members exactly why a new card belongs in their wallet based on their actual spending habits. You will establish daily and weekly engagement habits, ultimately deepening member engagement and empowering a broad range of members to optimize their financial lives.

Why you’ll love the role:

  • Growth: The Cards business is evolving from low-frequency lead generation to owning the continuous, end-to-end financial journey.
  • Build 0-to-1 with AI: You will deploy GenAI-driven redemption advice and lay the groundwork for a fully agentic shopping experience.
  • Impact at Scale: You will build products that leverage rich card data for tens of millions of members, helping them maximize rewards and seamlessly filling gaps in their wallets.
  • High Visibility: You will tackle primary bottlenecks like feature discovery and activation—and make strategic trade-offs to establish long-term, sticky engagement.
  • Team Culture: Operate with the speed and autonomy of a small team while leveraging the resources and data advantage of a major fintech leader.

What you'll do:

  • Simplify Complexity: Build "done-for-you" experiences that eliminate the manual effort of tracking rewards and solve decision fatigue at the register.
  • Evolve the Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for comprehensive digital wallet experiences, real-time card recommendations, and ways for members to get even more back when they spend.
  • Strategic Communication: Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Execute & Iterate: Use rigorous A/B testing to drive growth and shift user engagement from episodic monthly visits to habituated weekly or daily routines.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering and data science to scale our underlying data models and embed optimization insights directly into the marketplace shopping flow.
  • Grow the Business: Drive holistic business growth and increase credit card conversions via personalized, high-conviction applications.

What's great about the role:

  • You will solve a massive consumer problem by helping members reclaim a share of the $6B in unused rewards they miss out on annually.
  • You will move the product from reactive insights to proactive guidance on every swipe.
  • You will have the rare chance to work on a product that blends hard transactional data with real-time consumer psychology and shopping habits.

What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years of product management experience, preferably consumer-focused; credit card, loyalty/rewards, or fintech experience a plus.

What we'd love to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital consumer products.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Grit, agility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
