We're looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Senior Product Manager, to have real impact and bring Forever Caring to life.
In this role, you'll play a key part in Product & Marketing department, working alongside a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Understand & diagnose market situation
Define segmentation and targeting to focus launch activities and recommend resource allocation.
Capture Healthcare Professional (HCP), payer, procurement and patient needs, preferences and friction points.
Maintain up-to-date analysis on competitors utilising information sourced from the sales team and elsewhere.
Adapt customer and patient journeys, pricing and reimbursement arguments and sales enablement toolkits for local market context.
Analyse local Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system data to derive insights and inform marketing activities. Share insights with key stakeholders as required.
Make strategic choices
Support brand strategy development and provide recommendations for embedding the global strategy into the ANZ business strategy.
Support the development of local brand plans and key templated outputs.
Enlist support and ensure alignment across stakeholders around agreed objectives, tactics and budgets.
Adopt / adapt evidence-based content for local culture across all channels, to build credibility, educate and generate demand through authoritative content. Secure Medical, Regulatory and Legal (MRL) approvals.
Execute with excellence
Lead local launch plan development and execution, and ensure local stakeholder engagement. Support, and where relevant, own the delivery of local forecast for business case.
Support the development of the Marketing Execution Plan (MEP).
Utilise education strategies locally, accelerating clinical evaluation and adoption.
Lead and support local events and digital activities aligned with marketing plans.
Track and measure local KPIs, and apply learnings for continuous improvement.
Utilise marketing technology and tools as required. Share insights on tools to inform improvements.
Effectively support the management of the A&P budget.
To be successful you will:
7+ years’ experience in healthcare marketing roles (woundcare advantageous).
Demonstrated success executing local product launches, with overall accountability.
Strong technical marketing skills, with knowledge and experience utilizing digital marketing activities.
Highly analytical, curious and data driven. Demonstrated strength uncovering customer and patient insights and using these to inform business decisions.
Proven ability to integrate quantitative and qualitative information to draw accurate conclusions and identify and monitor key indicators to gauge performance, identify trends and propose strategies to impact results.
Intermediate MS Excel skills, with the ability to navigate digital platforms and programs to extract and interpret data.
Sales experience advantageous.
Experience working in a matrix environment, partnering with local, regional and global colleagues to improve business outcomes.
Effective presentation skills, with the ability to confidently communicate key messages and engage the audience.
The ability to balance competing priorities and execute on key deliverables maintaining momentum on short term and long term goals.
Sound understanding of the local health system/s and legislative framework/s.
