As Senior Product Manager for Commercial Payments, you will help manage a multi-product roadmap, prioritize allocation of development resources, and deliver impactful features to customers across areas like commercial payments and expense management. Your passion and attention to detail will help identify and drive new capabilities to give more flexibility to our customers, while maintaining a platform with significant breadth and scale.
We work Flexible First. This role can be performed remote within the United States or from our Oakland, CA headquarters. We’d love for you to join us.
The Impact You’ll Have
- You’ll help shape a compelling product vision and roadmap for commercial solutions, driving alignment and seeking consensus among leadership, peers, and teams
- Directly engage in major projects, issues, and initiatives with product and engineering teams to determine approach, assess capacity, and brainstorm solutions
- Collaborate across customer-facing and technical teams to collect inputs for prioritization of features, including value, effort, usability, and priority
- Translate operational and technical requirements into business outcomes, focusing on customer and business value and defining metrics to quantify success
- Deliver customer value iteratively, managing products through various launch phases and follow-on releases
- Act as technical advisor to educate and evangelize features with customers via meetings, presentations, and other forums
- Collaborate with go-to-market partners to develop product collateral, presentations, trainings, and other tools to bring products to customers and prospects
Who You Are
- 5+ years in product management role designing and delivering payment solutions that have delighted customers and driven business growth
- Proven track record of end-to-end product delivery and execution, with experience taking complex products from ideation (0 →1) to launch
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems for technical and business audiences
- Deep expertise in the payment industry ecosystem: card brand regulations, payment networks, money movement, cards (prepaid, debit, credit), and commercial payments
- Proficient in identifying key metrics, analyzing data, and balancing quantitative and qualitative information to make decisions
- Excellent technical acumen, curiosity, and familiarity with new technologies, API’s, programming languages, and databases
- “Roll up your sleeves” mentality to make your products successful and get things done, even when the path is unclear
- Expertise in Agile, user research, market analysis, and product lifecycle management

To support Flex First, we calibrate pay to a competitive value according to working location. Compensation is aligned according to three tiers within the United States:
- National: A baseline tier that applies to most of the geographic territory of the United States.
- Premium: Slightly elevated from the National tier, and oriented toward a narrower set of higher cost-of-living areas, such as Los Angeles CA and Seattle WA
- Premium Plus: A tier for the most expensive working areas, like the San Francisco Bay area and New York City.

When determining salaries, we consider several factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior experience, and work location. The new-hire base salary range for this position is:
- National: $120,600 - $150,700
- Premium: $130,500 - $163,100
- Premium Plus: $141,800 - $177,300
