Position Summary:
League’s platform enables our customers to offer highly engaging and personalized health experiences to their users. The Client Solutions Senior Product Manager is a customer-facing role that is instrumental in helping define the long term strategy and roadmaps of some of the most complex applications powered by League.
In this role you are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with client leaders and fellow PMs, ensuring a deep understanding of their priorities, supporting smooth implementations and delivery of features, expert product solutioning, professional and timely client communication, and executing strong product judgment.
In this role you may work with one or multiple customers and may move from customer to customer as League grows. You will lean into solutions that leverage the broad range of capabilities in the League platform, including our latest AI innovations. When custom solutioning is required you will partner with design, engineering, strategy and your product peers to assure you are formulating solutions that are engaging, cohesive and help people lead healthier happier lives.
In this role you will closely track client metrics to track solution health and participate in organizational product reviews to lend your expertise to the solutions that other PMs are developing.

Work Location:
We have a mix of office-centric roles based in our vibrant Toronto office, and remote-eligible roles based anywhere in Canada or US. Each job posting will indicate where the role will be based. Regardless of the role’s posted location, all Toronto-area Leaguers (living within 65 km of our downtown HQ) collaborate in-office Monday through Thursday. Depending on your distance to the office, you’ll enjoy 10 or 20 Flexible Remote Days each quarter for focus and deep-work time.
