The Senior Product Manager will serve as the execution owner and will be a key player in shaping the North American OEM Business. A highly entrepreneurial role, this leader is responsible for driving P&L performance, commercial execution, and lifecycle management for OEM Portfolio. Working closely with the OEM Leader and Sales, market intelligence leaders, technology team and Product Leaders at GEA and Haier, you will bridge the gap between technical engineering and the OEM partners, ensuring that product roadmaps are delivered on time and on cost, while maximizing market impact.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Key responsibilities: 

  • NPI Alignment – drive product development, product plan development, define and execute multi-year product roadmap and product line strategy across Air and Water Products 

  • Develop multi-year product roadmaps and execute to them, including digital and IoT multi-generation planning that align with the OEM business needs  

  • Own the execution of new product introduction (NPI) programs across global teams, including all product development activities from concept to final production and end of life 

  • Drive cross functional teams including technology, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and sales to deliver on NPI programs; including finalizing product specifications, technical and agency requirements, product approvals and agency listings/testing 

  • Support trade shows including national shows like AHR, IBS, Hardi, ACCA and regional distributor shows 

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum qualifications:  

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, sales, engineering, or equivalent.  

  • HVAC / Water Heating experience strongly preferred.  

  • Experience working with OEM partners, private label products, or B2B channels  

  • Proven track record of delivering complex products on time in a cross-functional environment 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and drive cross-functional accountability and execution without direct authority. 

This role requires occasional after-hour and early morning calls with our product teams overseas.
