The Role:

As a Senior Product Manager, AIML you will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML platforms—from ideation to launch. You’ll collaborate with technical teams and senior leaders, ensuring products are cutting-edge and aligned with GSK’s strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product goals and success metrics
  • Execute strategic plans aligned with GSK’s delivery strategy

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or relevant experience in pharma/drug discovery and machine learning
  • Deep expertise in science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Math)
  • Experience in software product management and delivery
  • Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change

The US annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $160,050 to $266,750 The US salary ranges take into account a number of factors including work location within the US market, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role. Available benefits include health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
