Job Title: Senior Product Manager – AI Capabilities, Insider Risk 

Primary Work Location: Salt Lake City, UT, Herndon, VA or Richardson, TX 

 

Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager – AI Capabilities, Insider Risk provides product leadership for Everfox’s AI-powered insider risk portfolio. This role drives strategy, roadmap, and execution for intelligent solutions that help organizations detect, investigate, and mitigate insider threats—balancing security rigor, privacy, and user experience. 

You’ll serve as the bridge between advanced AI/ML development and customer-facing outcomes, translating complex security challenges into intuitive, actionable product capabilities that deliver measurable impact. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Product Strategy & Ownership 

  • Own the product roadmap for AI and machine learning capabilities across the Insider Risk portfolio, including behavioral analytics, anomaly detection, risk scoring, and predictive threat modeling. 

  • Define and execute product strategy aligned with customer needs, evolving threat landscapes, and Everfox business objectives. 

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from market research and competitive analysis through requirements definition, delivery, and post-launch optimization. 

  • Establish success metrics and KPIs, monitoring performance to continuously improve detection accuracy, analyst efficiency, and customer outcomes. 

Cross-Functional Leadership 

  • Partner closely with data scientists, security researchers, and engineering teams to translate insider risk use cases into technical requirements and model specifications. 

  • Drive prioritization decisions based on customer feedback, threat intelligence, and business impact. 

  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to position AI capabilities effectively and support customer adoption. 

  • Act as a connective leader across product, engineering, sales, and customers—driving clarity and execution in complex, highly technical environments. 

Customer Engagement & Responsible AI 

  • Engage directly with customers to validate solutions and ensure AI capabilities deliver intuitive, actionable insights. 

  • Stay current on AI/ML advancements, insider threat trends, and regulatory requirements impacting the space. 

  • Advocate for responsible AI practices, including explainability, fairness, transparency, and privacy-by-design in model development and deployment. 

 

Required Knowledge & Experience 

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years focused on AI/ML products or security/risk management solutions. 

  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and their real-world application in security contexts. 

  • Familiarity with insider risk domains such as data loss prevention, user behavior analytics, or security information and event management. 

  • Proven track record of shipping successful products in complex, technical environments. 

  • Strong analytical skills with comfort interpreting data, metrics, and model performance indicators. 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to executives, customers, and engineering teams. 

  • Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating across distributed, cross-functional teams. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Background in cybersecurity, fraud detection, or compliance domains. 

  • Experience with responsible AI frameworks and model governance practices. 

  • Understanding of privacy regulations and their implications for insider risk monitoring. 

  • Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or related field—or equivalent practical experience. 

 

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:

$142,600.00-170,399.00 USD

The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
