Role mission
Own the Advanced Visualization Cloud product and business outcomes—from early definition through enterprise‑scale adoption—while partnering deeply with AW Clinical Product Management, who retain ownership of the clinical applications.

Scope & scale (what makes this substantive)
• Work across global engineering, architecture, clinical, security, services, finance, marketing, and sales to bring an enterprise‑grade, multi‑region cloud offering to market.
• Operate in complex, reliability‑sensitive environments where performance, latency, uptime, and security are first‑order product features.
• Shape offering commercial architecture (tiers, pricing, entitlements, bundling) for a subscription/Operating Expense business aligned to enterprise imaging buying patterns.
• Influence how the offering progresses from early deployments in specific geographies to broad commercial reach globally with high‑visibility market engagement.
Key responsibilities
1) Shape the Advanced Visualization Cloud offering (Genesis™ first)
• Define the multi‑year strategy for Advanced Visualization Cloud as a Genesis™ attach.
• Translate clinical capabilities into cloud‑ready value and differentiated packages.
• Establish offering architecture aligned to customer and market needs.
2) Act as the General Manager of the Advanced Visualization Cloud attachment
• Build a repeatable commercial engine: attach motions, sales plays, ROI tools, value props.
• Improve sales pipeline attach rate, win rate, deal quality, and forecast accuracy.
3) Own cloud product experience and operational readiness
• Define Advanced Visualization cloud performance, latency, scalability, tenancy, and observability requirements.
• Ensure security, privacy, and compliance readiness across regions.
• Set and track SLOs and operational KPIs.
4) Lead cloud economics with a FinOps mindset
• Own unit economics and cost‑to‑serve.
• Improve margins through architectural and operational efficiencies.
5) Two‑in‑a‑box with Clinical Product Management
• Partner with Advanced Visualization clinical teams to ensure viability of clinical value proposition in the Cloud
• Align roadmaps and co‑create a cohesive release narrative.
6) Run an outcome‑driven operating cadence
• Establish a KPI‑driven heartbeat.
• Lead MOR/QBR operating rhythm.

• ARR, expansion predictability, win‑rate
• Activation, time‑to‑first‑value, usage depth
• Uptime, latency, incident rate, change failure rate

Qualifications – Required
• Senior level experience with Product Management with cloud/SaaS ownership.
• Success driving subscription growth via attach/adoption.
• Strong understanding of cloud delivery, reliability, security, economics.

• KPI‑driven operating cadence experience.
• Excellent communication.
Qualifications – Preferred
• Healthcare IT or regulated SaaS experience.
