JOB TITLE: Senior Product Management and Development
JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard St., Dallas, TX 75202 [Hybrid position]
DUTIES: Design, develop, and oversee products and services from planning to production, release, and lifecycle management. Chart and execute the course for customer digital experience across multiple distribution channels for the Automation Program. Apply advanced knowledge to ensure modular & scalable digital components design. Lead large cross-organizational software development projects leveraging technical background in current automation, AI/ML, web and micro-service technologies. Develop and execute comprehensive business plans involving new and emerging products, technologies, and applications, including generative AI, asynchronous messaging and predictive models-based applications. Provide product management leadership to IT product teams to drive solution development and provide visibility of product status to management. Conduct product planning to determine product life-cycle decisions, ensure consistency with overall sales, marketing and corporate strategy, and achieve product performance, revenue, cost savings, market share/penetration, and profitability objectives. Develop strategic product plans to bring data from disparate systems and develop microservices for easy access of the data in the development of the digital applications. Liaise between Business and IT teams including Product, UI, Development, QA and Production Support. Complete functional and technical analysis for new features and technical projects. Write technical documentation including sequence diagrams and workflows. Conduct research and analysis on defined markets including addressable revenue potential, competitive analysis, definition of product functionality, and existing customer segments, volumes, and revenue results. Execute product management and go-to-market strategies and applications and solutions design within an enterprise environment. Prepare and present requirements, plans, and business cases. Designing and modify products to meet market, budget, and schedule specifications.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Engineering and two (2) years of experience in the job offered, or two (2) years of experience in a related occupation designing, developing, and overseeing products and services from planning to production, release, and lifecycle management; executing
product management and go-to-market strategies and applications and solutions design within an enterprise environment; leading large cross-organizational software development projects leveraging technical background in current automation, AI/ML, web and micro-service technologies; conducting research and analysis on defined markets including addressable revenue
potential, competitive analysis, definition of product functionality, and existing customer segments, volumes, and revenue results; preparing and presenting requirements, plans, and business cases; and designing and modifying products to meet market, budget, and schedule specifications.
