Copenhagen, Denmark
We are looking for a senior product designer to join our team in Copenhagen, starting as soon as possible. As part of a bigger team, you will lead the end‑to‑end experience across core areas of our trading platforms. In this role, you’ll own complex, high‑impact user journeys and shape product strategy through clear thinking, exceptional communication, and deep interaction design expertise.
The work
- Lead the UX strategy for a major domain within one or more of our trading apps (e.g. funding, watchlists, performance dashboards etc.).
- Help define and advocate for a user-focused product strategy within the larger organization.
- Collaborate closely with DesignOps, platform managers, and engineers to define problems, explore concepts, align patterns and deliver production‑ready designs.
- Balance user needs with business goals, technical capabilities and regulatory constraints.
- Turn ambiguity into structured options, framing challenges and trade-offs clearly for cross‑functional partners.
- Facilitate design critiques, workshops, and alignment sessions to drive high‑quality outcomes across teams.
- Partner closely with engineering during build cycles, ensuring final experiences meet our bar for usability, clarity, and speed.
- Mentor designers across the team through feedback, critique, and sharing deep craft knowledge.
Your profile
- 5-8 years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally within financial products, trading, wealth management, or other data‑rich products.
- Strong expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and designing complex flows with multiple states.
- Expert-level Figma skills, including components, variants, variables, and prototyping
- Experience working with design systems, ideally in complex domains like fintech or SaaS
- Demonstrated ability to lead product discovery and shape strategy at the problem-definition level, not just the solution-definition level.
- Experience working with data-heavy interfaces: charts, tables, real‑time updates, state changes, and error handling.
- Exceptional communication skills: can articulate thought processes, decision frameworks, risks, and trade-offs to non-design partners with clarity.
- A track record of influencing roadmaps and cross-functional decisions through research and customer insights.
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, interaction design depth, and polished execution.
Benefits
- Work with cutting-edge tools and technologies, in an environment that values craft and innovation.
- Be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, where your voice and expertise matter.
- Grow your career in a dynamic, global organization that invests in design excellence.
