Senior Product Designer

YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Product Designer to support our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create user-centered digital experiences on the web, and mobile devices that are both beautiful and functional. You will use Lean UX, and Human centered design principles to create revenue driving digital products.
A successful candidate for this role will be a master of both strategic thinking and tactical execution. You will be able to manage competing priorities and tight timelines as a trusted and well-respected partner of the product teams while working cross-functionally to help keep everyone on the same page. You will have a knack for creative problem solving and relationship building, and a desire to create efficient, repeatable processes and programs for the organization.
What you will be doing
- Information Architecture: Design clear and intuitive information architectures, sitemaps, and user flows.
- Interaction Design across multiple platforms (Web, Mobile and Tablet): Create interactive prototypes and wireframes to define user interactions and workflows.
- Visual Design: Develop high-fidelity mockups and visual designs that are consistent with brand guidelines and accessibility standards. Illustrate design ideas using sketches, storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and wireframes
- Design Systems: Create robust design systems and interaction paradigms that support user needs and goals
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
- Testing and Iteration: Conduct user testing throughout the design process to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Prototype Development: Crete prototype development to test product features, and product ideas.
- Stay up-to-date: Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices.
What you bring
- Experience as a strategic UI/UX Designer with a proven track record of designing and developing successful digital products across the web, mobile, and tablets.
- The ability to seek clarity in highly ambiguous work streams, align team around common goals, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Full Stack Skills: Proficiency in user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and vibe coding tools.
- Outcome-centered Approach: A strong understanding of outcome-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Prototyping Tools: Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Figma make etc.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and experience across the web, mobile and tablet platforms.
- Experience with user testing platforms like usertesting.com or other analytics tools.
- Experience with agile/lean methodologies.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.

- Bachelor's degree in design/fine arts, Psychology, Communication, Interaction Design, English, Computer Science, or related field

For candidates based in the New York City Metropolitan area, the base salary pay range for this role starts at a minimum rate of $150,000 up to the maximum of $195,000. An employee’s pay position within the base salary pay range will be based on several factors at the time of this job posting including but not limited to geographic location, experience, and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. The incentive plan is based on performance and the target earning opportunity is 15% of your base compensation. The final determination on base pay for this position will be based on multiple factors to ensure pay equity within the organization.
