Job Description:

Job Description:

Dentsu and Santander are partnering to drive growth and prosperity by helping Small and Mid-sized Businesses to access International Trade through a world-first, global platform and ecosystem of expertise, insight and connections. This role is an important member of the team behind our platform’s launch and global success.

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer (Senior Design Lead) to define and drive the creative vision and execution of a new digital product that helps small and medium-sized businesses navigate their international trading journey. This platform will deliver dynamic content, personalised tools, and intuitive user journeys designed to guide and coach users from discovery through to confident action.

This is a pivotal role at the intersection of vision and craft — you’ll set the creative direction and design strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and oversee the delivery of exceptional UX and UI across the product. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, content and brand teams to shape and ship an impactful product from the ground up.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the creative vision and design strategy for a new product experience, setting a high bar for craft and innovation

  • Partner with senior leadership to influence product direction, framing design opportunities and bringing a strong point of view on user experience

  • Oversee end-to-end design delivery — ensuring user journeys, interaction design and visual execution meet a consistently high standard

  • Establish and govern a robust design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across components and experiences.

  • Collaborate with brand and content teams to translate brand expression seamlessly into product

  • Champion user-centred design processes including ideation, prototyping, testing and iteration

  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented with high fidelity and meet accessibility standards.

  • Contribute to shaping team culture, best practices, and design rituals as part of a growing product function

About you

  • A visionary designer who can think strategically and inspire teams — but also thrives in governing quality and execution

  • Expert in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and advanced design system management

  • Proven ability to advocate for design at senior levels, articulating clear rationale and building trust with non-design stakeholders

  • Strong track record of leading the delivery of exceptional UX and UI for digital products, ideally in complex or dynamic content environments

  • Experienced collaborating with brand, product, content, and engineering teams in agile or lean product environments

  • Comfortable working in ambiguous spaces and defining frameworks and experiences from scratch

  • Deep understanding of accessibility, interaction design, and responsive UI patterns

A Few Of The Benefits

  • You'll have a great compensation package, private health & dental insurance, corporate discounts and career development through Dentsu University, and free access to LinkedIn learning
  • 29+ days of annual leave (25 days of regular holidays, birthdays off and 3 additional wellness days)
  • We also offer the opportunity to volunteer for up to 2 days per year and tend to close down the agency between Christmas and New Years
  • You'll have a hybrid working schedule, with flexible start/end hours
