Job Summary
The Sr. Product Analyst will provide data-driven insights, analysis, and recommendations to support the strategy, design, and delivery of AI-powered digital products. This role will partner with product managers, data teams, and business stakeholders to ensure decisions are grounded in evidence and that product initiatives deliver measurable value.
The Product Analyst will act as the voice of data within the product team—helping us understand user behavior, adoption patterns, performance, and ROI across persona-based applications (sales, operations, customer, partner).
Key Responsibilities
Analysis & Insights
•Analyze user behavior, adoption metrics, and business outcomes for digital and AI-powered products.
•Provide insights into persona-specific needs and usage patterns across sales, operations, customers, and partners.
•Support business case development by quantifying opportunities, costs, and expected benefits.
. • Identifies and drives scalable solutions for building and automating reports, data pipelines and dashboards to monitor and report on operational performance metrics.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members.
Decision Support
•Partner with Product Managers and Product Strategists to prioritize features and initiatives based on impact and feasibility.
•Deliver dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to inform product roadmaps.
•Monitor AI-powered solutions to assess accuracy, fairness, and trustworthiness from a user impact perspective.
. Creates plans, data collection and analysis procedures and data insight visualizations for assigned projects.
Value Realization & KPIs
•Define and track success metrics (adoption, engagement, efficiency, ROI).
•Measure and report on post-launch product performance against business goals.
•Provide actionable recommendations to improve UX, AI integration, and overall product effectiveness.
Collaboration
•Work with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to ensure access to clean, reliable data for analysis.
•Partner with UX Researchers to complement qualitative insights with quantitative validation.
•Support executive updates with evidence-based reporting and performance dashboards.
Education & Experience Recommended
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
•7-10 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst in digital or technology-focused teams.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
•Familiarity with AI/ML product performance metrics and digital product analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, App Insights, Amplitude. Mixpanel).
•Excellent communication skills—able to turn data into clear stories and recommendations.
•Comfortable working in agile product development environments.
