We started our journey back in 2005, building the first ever peer-to-peer lending company. Fast forward to 2020 and we launched Zopa Bank. At Zopa, Analysts are the people who inspire ideas and strategies to drive our business forward and make our products better for customers. Our analysts are a mix of creative problem solvers and number whizzes with a passion for translating numbers into business opportunities and delivering insights to drive decision-making. They're also excellent communicators with the ability to story-tell with data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Our analysts are deeply embedded into the business and will interact with individuals at all levels of the business from Managers to our leadership team.
The role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our Current Account tribe.
Just launched in June 2025 as the “Biscuit” account, the Zopa Current Account is a rapidly growing new product that’s fundamental to the bank’s future growth ambitions. Our tribe functions like a startup within the wider bank; we’re obsessive about our mission to build a powerfully simple to use and feature-rich everyday account that customers will love.
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will develop a detailed understanding of who our customers are and how they use the account, guiding product development towards solutions that improve outcomes for our customers.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment where you can have an outsized impact in the early stages of a new product. With so many decisions to inform, quick high conviction directional insights can sometimes be more valuable than achieving 100% precision on every answer.
