What You’ll Do

  • Data-Driven Product Development: as a Product Analyst, you play a key role as an analytical sparring partner for our product teams, ensuring that decisions and product development processes are deeply grounded in data. In this role, you will be an integral part of our Buyer Analytics Team.
  • Deep Customer Understanding: you will develop a deep understanding of our users and products, especially the Buyer Journey. You will analyze how buyers arrive on our platform, how they navigate through our flows and products, and how they engage and convert.
  • Data Enablement & Self-Service Analytics: you develop self-service data products such as dashboards, data models, and metric frameworks. You evaluate new analytics technologies, including GenAI applications, and establish scalable use cases that provide stakeholders with easy access to reliable insights. You work side by side with product teams to enhance their data literacy and empower them to access, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Consultative Analytics & Insight Generation: you answer business questions through analytical deep dives and clearly communicate insights, trends, and recommendations to product teams. You help transform complex analysis into actionable guidance that influences product and business decisions.
  • Collaboration & Data Quality: you collaborate with engineering, tracking, and data platform teams to ensure high-quality event instrumentation, data reliability, and alignment on metric definitions. You help maintain data documentation and contribute to creating a shared understanding of core KPIs.
  • Experimentation & Optimization: you support experimentation initiatives by designing A/B tests, defining hypotheses, ensuring sound statistical rigor, and interpreting experiment outcomes to drive continuous product improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree in economics, data science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field, with several years of experience in analytics, customer insights, data science, or data-driven consulting.
