Senior Producer

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for someone who thinks about games from the controller out, loves video games, and cares deeply about how they actually feel to play.

This role is all about driving features from concept through launch across design, engineering, art, and audio, with a strong focus on gameplay-first execution. We want someone who prioritizes fun, understands what makes moment-to-moment gameplay click, and can keep teams aligned and moving to deliver on that vision.

You’re organized, clear in how you communicate, and comfortable jumping in wherever needed to keep things on track. You thrive in complex environments and take real ownership of getting things across the finish line.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute against priorities set by the Lead Producer and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Drive execution of features end-to-end, from concept through implementation and release, across design, engineering, art, and audio
• Define scope, build plans, and manage dependencies across teams
• Identify risks early, remove blockers, and keep teams moving forward
• Communicate clearly on progress, risks, and outcomes
• Advocate for the player experience and ensure issues are resolved
• Improve team processes to increase efficiency and delivery quality

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

• Proven experience delivering features or projects end-to-end in games or complex software
• Strong understanding of the game or software development lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to drive results across multiple disciplines
• Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and turn it into clear execution
• Jira/Confluence, MS office/G Suite savvy.
• 5 plus years of production experience in games
