As a Senior Creative Producer, you will serve as the creative production lead for a wide range of high-profile events, virtual productions, and live programming across the Stand Together community. You will be responsible for producing engaging content that brings each session and event to life, whether on stage, in a virtual setting, or through immersive activations. Working closely with the Creative and Events teams, you will focus on shaping the creative production and audience experience in alignment with programming themes and priority initiatives, leading recommendations for stage design, show flow, run of show development, content integration, technical direction, and creative execution.
To succeed in this role, you will combine creative vision with strong production execution expertise, thriving in dynamic environments that require balancing strategy, hands-on delivery, and stakeholder management. You will guide projects from initial concept through final cue. This role reports to the Supervising Producer and collaborates closely with creative, communications, and event strategy teams.
