The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Procurement Financial Analysis Manager based out of Everett, WA.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
In this role, you will support negotiating contracts with secondary structure suppliers, including those responsible for the critical components of our aircrafts such as the fuselage and wings. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining accurate forecasts for work statements, ensuring seamless contract management, and facilitating any necessary changes to contracts.

Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees and mid- level managers performing material/supplier estimates, cost/price analysis, financial and operational analysis of supplier risk, quantitative should cost and affordability analysis
Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement related role (e.g. finance, compliance, contracts)
Experience leading or managing projects and teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) supply chain
Experience with negotiations and collaborating across functions
