Responsibilities
Procurement
- Needs assessment, tendering, and supplier selection in line with internal regulations
- Price negotiations and evaluation of offers
- Contract drafting and administration (HU/EN)
- Maintaining regulated processes, supporting internal and external audits
- Preparing reports, analyses, and approving invoices
- Process optimization
Facility Management
- Organizing building maintenance and repairs
- Coordinating service providers (cleaning, maintenance, fleet)
- Supporting energy administration tasks
- Liaising with partners and internal departments
- Updating facility management policies, supporting events
Requirements
- College or university degree (economics/finance/technical)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and/or facility management
- Project management experience, excellent communication skills
- Proactive, independent, problem-solving mindset
- Excellent English skills (spoken and written), legal text comprehension in HU/EN
- Structured, compliance-oriented work approach
- Strong MS Office skills (GEP knowledge is an advantage; Excel and reporting skills required)
- Advantage: knowledge of energy and sustainability
