Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Procurement Agent / Supply Chain SME to join the S/4HANA Implementation Team based out of Hazelwood, MO or Mesa, AZ.

This role will represent procurement operations and supply chain functions through all stages of the S/4HANA implementation. The position requires a deep understanding of our current procurement systems, supplier engagement, and day‑to‑day transactional processes.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Senior Level 4 & 5 Procurement Agent/Supply Chain SME Specialists.

Position Responsibilities:

• Represent procurement and supply chain processes and document/map current “as‑is” procurement workflows (requisitions, POs, goods receipt, invoices)

• Represent procurement and supply chain processes during Fit‑to‑Standard workshops

• Validate that sourcing, PO approval, and supplier management processes meet business needs within SAP standard functionality

• Assist in developing training content, test scripts, and change management materials

• Identify and minimize the need for system customization (target <10%)

• Support UAT (user acceptance testing), data validation, and end‑user training

• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to ensure integration across the Procure‑to‑Pay process

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer

• 5+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes

• 3+ years of experience utilizing process improvement and problem-solving methodologies

• Ability to travel 20-40% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience in digital transformation or ERP implementation projects

• Continuous improvement mindset focused on standardization and process excellence

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range (Senior 4): $113,050.00 - $152,950.00

Summary pay range (Senior 5): $141,100.00 - $190,900.00
