Job Summary

The Senior Process Owner is responsible for the end‑to‑end governance of specific business processes, accountable for global standardization, performance, and continuous improvement. This role ensures the process is aligned with organizational strategy, operates efficiently and compliantly and delivers measurable value to customers, partners and stakeholders.

This role partners closely with Process Analysts, functional stakeholders, and business leaders. This is a senior, high‑impact role requiring strong influence, executive communication, and deep process expertise.

This role is responsible for process enhancement and capabilities optimization driving adaptability, scalability, and alignment in critical processes and capabilities. The role uses data-driven insights and collaborates with stakeholders to manage risks and guide continuous improvement. The role explores innovative methodologies, delivers impactful presentations to leadership, and mentors junior team members, all while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization.

Responsibilities
• Shapes the organization's overarching strategic vision for business process enhancement and capabilities optimization, driving innovation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

•    Process governance and accountability – own the end-to-end understanding and lifecycle of the business process, defining scope, objectives and success metrics
•    Define the future-state processes and drive process standardization and simplification, minimizing unnecessary regional or market specific variation.
•    Develops and implements strategic plans for optimizing operational processes in alignment with the organization’s objectives.
•    Lead structured process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and process driven problem solving methods, led with data.
•    Act as the final decision point for global process standards, definitions, and alignment.
•    Translate analyst led insights and local market inputs into a cohesive global improvement roadmap with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
•    Define, monitor, and govern process KPIs, using data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
•    Ensure processes are clearly documented using standard mapping techniques (e.g., BPMN, value stream mapping) and maintained as a single source of truth.
•    Engage and influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies to drive alignment, adoption, and accountability.
•    Partner with change and enablement teams to ensure successful implementation and sustained adoption of process changes.
• Delivers presentations to the leadership effectively communicating the strategic significance of process and capability initiatives, their impact on business outcomes, and their role in defining the organization's future.
• Identifies and assesses potential risks associated with process changes and develops mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of process disruptions.
• Stays current with industry best practices and emerging trends in process management and mentors junior team members.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in business operations, business process improvement, change management, or a related field.

•    Demonstrated expertise in end to end process design, governance, and optimization.
•    Strong ability to translate analysis into strategy and execution ready improvement roadmaps.
•    Experience operating across multiple regions or markets in a global operating model.
•    Advanced process mapping and documentation skills.
•    Data-driven storytelling and decision making
•    Exceptional communication and influence skills, with the ability to lead without formal authority.


Preferred Certifications
•    Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile or Business Process Management certification strongly preferred. PROSCI or other change management certification a plus.

Salary

The pay range for this role is $116,150 to $182,400 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
