1. 完成《工作评估及主要表现指标制定方案》中的目标。
2. 负责产品工艺及体系的整体实施，为潜在及已有客户提供服务，包括产线以及相关控制部件的安装，为客户解决问题。
3. 参照操作规范，紧密监控，审核工艺流程，确保执行无误。定期主动与客户工程师组织会议，提出必要的警告或建议。
4. 建立良好沟通渠道，认清客户具体需要，提供持久性支持，维护、引导、拓展客户，并及时反馈回客户信息；
5. 通过电话，周报及问题解决报告等向主管汇报客户的反馈，并相应地提出必要的解决方案。
6. 每月记录并汇报药水消耗，包尺产量给其主管，客户经理及业务经理。
7. 掌握市场信息、客户动态并及时汇报，并给出合理化建议。
8. 公司及上级交办的其它事项。
EDUCATION & MAJOR 学历及专业:
1.大专或以上学历。
2.化工或相关专业。
EXPERIENCE 经验:
1. 三年或以上线路板生产流程控制经验。
COMPETENCIES 能力:
- 良好的专业知识基础。能独立地执行传统工艺。
- 优秀的分析、应变及学习能力。
- 良好的客户服务意识，沟通技巧和团队协作能力。
