Position Summary

The Senior Process Analyst leads cross-functional process excellence efforts across core business processes, conducting detailed process reviews, training team members, and driving continuous improvement across all sites. In addition to being a technical resource, the Senior Process Analyst is responsible for managing and leading a team of Junior Process Analysts. This position will be located at the Conley, GA plant and requires travel 20-50% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management: 

  • Lead, supervise, and develop a team of Process Analysts (1-5), providing technical guidance and career development support. 

  • Assign projects, set goals, and ensure team alignment with business objectives and process excellence initiative. 

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation. 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams and leadership regarding process excellence initiatives. 

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Analyzes current-state workflows and identifies inefficiencies using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies

  • Defines future-state processes that improve clarity, reduce rework, and enhance operational handoffs across functions and sites

  • Supports division process owners in developing corrective action plans 

  • Manages continuous improvement initiatives with measurable business outcomes as directed by Senior Leadership 

  • Uses tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint to build visual process maps, dashboards, and documentation repositories

Cross-Functional Leadership & Facilitation

  • Leads end-to-end total process reviews and facilitates structured workshops to align cross-functional teams

  • Collaborates with leaders across Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Safety, Manufacturing, Field Operations, IT/Systems, Accounting, HR, and others to standardize and optimize processes

  • Collaborates with IT on documentation storage and system requirements

  • Builds and maintains strong cross-functional relationships 

Training & Change Management

  • Develops and delivers targeted process training programs for multiple sites

  • Creates job aids, visual standards, and process documentation that support consistent execution and adoption

  • Builds process owner capability for self-review and compliance management

  • Updates training materials in LMS (Workday) and Workvivo to reflect process changes

  • Communicates process updates to all affected stakeholders per RACI

  • Supports continued change adoption through effective stakeholder engagement

  • Facilitates working sessions and workshops as needed 

Reviews & Measurement

  • Trains division process owners on internal review methodology and best practices 

  • Conducts joint internal reviews with process owners to establish baseline compliance 

  • Executes independent compliance reviews across all divisions for each core process 

  • Maintains objectivity and evidence-based approach in all audit activities 

  • Develops and refines audit tools leveraging EASE platform where applicable 

Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyzes results across divisions to identify systemic trends and patterns 

  • Creates executive dashboards showing rates, trends, and improvement opportunities 

  • Presents findings and recommendations to local leadership and division process owners 

  • Supports in quarterly dashboard presentations to senior leadership (SaLT) 

  • Provides actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making 

  • Tracks and report on KPIs for all active core processes 

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 5-10 years of experience in process improvement, process excellence or related role

Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred, PMP, or relevant industry certifications (preferred)

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Power BI, ERP Systems (IFS preferred), familiarity with Learning Management Systems, and change management experience.
