Where you come in:
As a recognized expert within Dexcom’s international operations, you will apply advanced knowledge of systems, processes, and company objectives to lead complex initiatives across distributor and direct-to-consumer channels. You will exercise considerable independence in determining methods and approaches, resolving multifaceted issues through creative and effective solutions. Your role will involve strategic collaboration across global teams, influencing process design, and driving operational excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leverage deep expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) transaction flows to manage and optimize product data across international distributor and direct-to-consumer channels.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across global markets.
- Define and implement enhancements to product ID management and sales processes in collaboration with in-country business leaders.
- Drive the development and adoption of new standards and techniques that elevate operational performance.
- Lead system configuration efforts to support seamless product releases and change-order transactions, ensuring alignment with global business requirements.
- Design and implement SFDC enhancements with a strategic understanding of systems architecture and business impact.
- Apply expert-level knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process to develop scalable, market-specific solutions.
- Conduct in-depth evaluations of processes and systems, leading transformative initiatives that improve sales performance and customer experience.
- Support and lead strategic pricing conversations related to business-critical forecasting cycles as an integral member of the Pricing Team.
- Champion best practice sharing and operational alignment across international direct-to-consumer teams.
- Manage multiple high-impact pricing-related projects, collaborating with commercial and functional teams, while exercising autonomy in prioritization and execution.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges, integrating insights from diverse markets and functions.
- Oversee pricing strategy execution and master data management for product releases and modifications across global entities.

- Extensive experience and deep expertise in Salesforce.com and global business systems.
- Advanced understanding of the Order-to-Cash lifecycle and its strategic application in international markets.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and business scenarios, delivering high-impact solutions.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence beyond your immediate area of expertise.
- A strategic mindset and the autonomy to define objectives, methods, and procedures for new assignments.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred; minimum of 8-12 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
- At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience

Monthly base salary for this position is from €3.959,58 to €4.891,25 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
