Senior Pricing Analyst

The Pricing Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Home Lending Product Management team by managing day-to-day pricing operations and ensuring accurate execution of pricing activities. This position requires strong attention to detail, operational excellence, and a commitment to maintaining rigorous quality control standards. The role involves monitoring processes, performing controls, and collaborating across teams to ensure smooth and compliant pricing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and support daily pricing activities for Home Lending products, while maintaining and enhancing pricing processes and operational workflows.
  • Provide analytical insights and reporting to support pricing decisions, identify trends or anomalies, and conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve pricing discrepancies and support business objectives.
  • Monitor pricing activities and perform required risk and compliance controls to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • This includes validating system inputs, reconciling pricing data, identifying discrepancies, and escalating issues promptly to prevent operational or financial risk.
  • Support audit and compliance activities by maintaining accurate documentation of pricing processes, control procedures, and operational workflows.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
  • This includes preparing audit-ready materials, responding to auditor inquiries, validating control effectiveness, and implementing corrective actions when gaps are identified.
  • Act as a liaison with business partners to ensure timely resolution of compliance issues.
  • Knowledge about pricing tool such as Bloomberg/Tradeweb.


Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent (6-years)
  • Overall, 5-7 Years’ work experience (Mortgage lending)
  • Working knowledge and experience on MS Office, Advance Excel
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills

  • High level of attention to detail and ability to identify gaps
  • Ability to work independently & manage multiple tasks
  • Thinking ability to add more value to the existing processes
  • Attitude to go above and beyond to help the clients/business partners and meet/exceed the team
