作为“进攻型”资深售前专家,深度嵌入大客户的开发进程。不仅需要具备敏锐的商业洞察力,将复杂的IT基础架构技术转化为具备商业溢价的解决方案;同时拥有强大的策略引导能力,协同销售团队在激烈市场竞争中制定销售策略,通过高品质的方案呈现与资源整合,提升项目赢单率。

岗位职责: 

深度调研大客户业务痛点,穿透技术表层,精准洞察客户在管理层级对基础架构、合规性及服务连续性的核心诉求

基于国际主流厂商产品规划顶层架构,牵头推动公司业务模式从“产品转售”向“服务整合模式”升级,独立撰写高质量投标文件、技术方案及汇报材料

担任销售团队的“技术大脑”,在复杂项目中构筑竞争优势,结合项目竞争态势灵活调整技术路线,保障项目利润空间的同时,对项目PNL结果承担相应的职责

维护与各厂商技术专家的深度联动,持续吸纳SASE, Managed Services等前沿服务模式,并转化为公司可落地的服务产品

主导面向客户基础架构负责人、CTO等高层的技术汇报与Demo演示,以专业演讲清晰传递方案的商业价值(ROI)与核心竞争优势

任职要求: 

8年以上系统集成商(SI)或IT咨询公司售前经验,具备深厚的企业项目实操背景

精通网络架构、企业级安全及数据中心解决方案,对Cisco全技术栈有深刻理解,能独立完成多厂商资源的整合与产品选型

具备极强的PPT架构能力与售前逻辑思维,能将枯燥的技术参数转化为贴合客户场景的专属化方案

具备优秀的沟通协调能力与商务灵活性,能从容应对高压工作场景及客户质疑

可在强势销售环境下坚持技术原则,同时输出更优的市场策略

持有 Cisco CCNP/CCIE、PMP 或CISSP等相关专业认证者优先考虑

能够适应短期出差,保障项目现场支持及客户对接需求
