As the leader of a Professional Services practice, this position plays a key role in the success of customer implementations within the Lending business, specifically leading a portfolio in the Europe & Middle East Practice for Commercial Lending solutions.
What you will be doing
Owns the delivery of the Professional Services revenue for assigned portfolio.
Ensures accurate financial forecasting and acts to close gaps between forecast and budget.
Owns capacity and ensure practice is staffed correctly to achieve budget.
Develops strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as product, sales, pre-sales, development and CX.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships by consistently exceeding client expectations, leading high-profile engagements, demonstrating subject matter expertise and assigning and directing qualified staff.
Sets relevant individual goals (Performance, Client, Behavioral and/or Development) for team members and ensures appropriate development and training plans are in place.
Create SOWs and Change Requests as assigned
Lead process improvement initiatives for Professional Services Practice.
What you bring:
10+ years experience leading large, transformational projects working with external customers in a professional services environment in Senior Manager and/or Project Director roles.
Proven ability to execute flawlessly and drive/motivate others to do the same.
Highly articulate communicator who can convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner at all levels of the organization.
Proven track record working with “C” suite Executives and Boards, equally comfortable addressing large public audiences or senior level customers.
Industry experience in banking/financial services.
End-to-end software implementation experience (preferably at a software vendor).
Ability to take a hands-on approach in managing customers. Can foresee and proactively resolve customer issues and escalations.
Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take.
Willingness to travel to visit clients 25-50%.
