We shape new game-changing careers in over 70 countries, attracting the best talent.We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer to join our Digital Transformation team and lead the greenfield development of an enterprise-grade Power Apps solution for our Telecommunications business. This is a technically demanding, high-impact role that spans the full Microsoft Power Platform stack, including both Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps, PCF component development with React, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integration with multiple enterprise data sources.
You will play a central role in the digitalization and consolidation of data from SharePoint, Excel/OneDrive, SQL/Azure databases, REST APIs, and Dataverse, building end-to-end workflows and structured Excel output generation from a unified platform. Working within a collaborative development team in a dynamic Telecommunications environment, you will be expected to move quickly and independently while maintaining production-grade quality standards.
Key responsibilities
Architect and build Canvas Apps using a code-first approach with PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) and React for rich, custom UI experiences
Design and develop Model-Driven Apps on Dataverse, including custom forms, views, business rules, and process flows
Integrate both Canvas and Model-Driven apps within a single cohesive Power Apps application
Build reusable PCF components in React to extend native canvas app capabilities
Build and manage connectors to multiple data sources: SharePoint, Excel/OneDrive, SQL/Azure DB, REST APIs, and Dataverse
Design Dataverse data models, entity relationships, and security roles to support complex Telecom data structures
Implement dynamic Excel document generation from aggregated multi-source data within the Power App
Design and implement Power Automate flows for business process automation, approval workflows, and data orchestration across systems
Leverage Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions where Power Automate reach is insufficient or performance demands require it
Ensure workflows are resilient, auditable, and built for enterprise-scale reliability
Own the end-to-end technical design of the application, from data layer through UI, within the constraints of the existing dev team’s standards
Contribute to technical documentation, solution design reviews, and dev team code standards
Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, delegation issues, and connector limitations in Power Apps
Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) as an embedded team member
Skills & experience
Power Platform
5–10 years of hands-on Power Apps development
Advanced Canvas App development including PCF/React code-first components
Advanced Model-Driven App development on Dataverse
Power Automate — complex multi-step, approval, and exception-handling flows
Dataverse schema design, security model, and API usage
Power Fx proficiency for complex formula logic
Development & Integration
React.js for PCF component development
REST API integration (custom connectors, OAuth, JSON handling)
SharePoint and OneDrive/Excel connectors
Azure SQL / relational database connectivity
Azure Logic Apps and/or Azure Functions
Excel programmatic generation from Power Platform
Git / source control practices within a team environment
