We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer to join our Digital Transformation team and lead the greenfield development of an enterprise-grade Power Apps solution for our Telecommunications business. This is a technically demanding, high-impact role that spans the full Microsoft Power Platform stack, including both Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps, PCF component development with React, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integration with multiple enterprise data sources.

You will play a central role in the digitalization and consolidation of data from SharePoint, Excel/OneDrive, SQL/Azure databases, REST APIs, and Dataverse, building end-to-end workflows and structured Excel output generation from a unified platform. Working within a collaborative development team in a dynamic Telecommunications environment, you will be expected to move quickly and independently while maintaining production-grade quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Power Apps Development

  • Architect and build Canvas Apps using a code-first approach with PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) and React for rich, custom UI experiences

  • Design and develop Model-Driven Apps on Dataverse, including custom forms, views, business rules, and process flows

  • Integrate both Canvas and Model-Driven apps within a single cohesive Power Apps application

  • Build reusable PCF components in React to extend native canvas app capabilities

  • Build and manage connectors to multiple data sources: SharePoint, Excel/OneDrive, SQL/Azure DB, REST APIs, and Dataverse

  • Design Dataverse data models, entity relationships, and security roles to support complex Telecom data structures

  • Implement dynamic Excel document generation from aggregated multi-source data within the Power App

  • Design and implement Power Automate flows for business process automation, approval workflows, and data orchestration across systems

  • Leverage Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions where Power Automate reach is insufficient or performance demands require it

  • Ensure workflows are resilient, auditable, and built for enterprise-scale reliability

  • Own the end-to-end technical design of the application, from data layer through UI, within the constraints of the existing dev team’s standards

  • Contribute to technical documentation, solution design reviews, and dev team code standards

  • Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, delegation issues, and connector limitations in Power Apps

  • Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) as an embedded team member

Skills & experience

  • Power Platform

  • 5–10 years of hands-on Power Apps development

  • Advanced Canvas App development including PCF/React code-first components

  • Advanced Model-Driven App development on Dataverse

  • Power Automate — complex multi-step, approval, and exception-handling flows

  • Dataverse schema design, security model, and API usage

  • Power Fx proficiency for complex formula logic

Development & Integration

  • React.js for PCF component development

  • REST API integration (custom connectors, OAuth, JSON handling)

  • SharePoint and OneDrive/Excel connectors

  • Azure SQL / relational database connectivity

  • Azure Logic Apps and/or Azure Functions

  • Excel programmatic generation from Power Platform

  • Git / source control practices within a team environment
