As our new Senior Marine Structures Engineer, you’ll be joining Aurecon’s global centre of excellence in Ports, Marine & Coastal. You’ll be a vital part of our team who are helping shape, study and deliver at our Australasian ports. Our Ports, Marine & Coastal team is part of the broader Industrial service group.
We are Australia’s largest and most in demand ports and marine team in Australia, and are delivering some of the largest and most important port, maritime and shipyard projects in Australia. We have a proud history of shaping most of the port infrastructure in Queensland and beyond over the past 50+ years. You will get to work with and help lead an eminent group who provides services for our industrial clients, port clients and energy clients across many sectors and markets.
We provide services for a range of exciting clients and projects, including:
- Major Defence Shipyard projects of national importance (including AUKUS shipyards News | Joint venture to design submarine yard in South Australia),
- Major port authority client projects
- Maritime infrastructure and sustaining capital projects for Australia’s biggest resources companies and ports
- Green energy export projects
- Container terminals
- Public and recreational maritime facilities, offshore wind proponents, and much more
We deliver ports and maritime projects across all phases of projects, from studying and shaping, to delivering and executing, to sustaining and transforming. We are part of a high-performing and successful multi-disciplinary team that has worked together to win several Australian Engineering Excellence Awards in recent years.
