The Senior Portfolio Manager, Specialized Lending is responsible for managing a portfolio of credit relationships in the Private Equity Sponsor Finance Group – including overseeing the gathering, analyzing and underwriting private equity-owned business for the purpose of issuing, extending, amending, reviewing, monitoring and testing a commercial credit facility.
What You'll Do
Oversee the underwriting of a wide variety of transaction types including leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations, refinancings, amendments and modifications to credit facilities
Manage financial modeling and enterprise valuation work for new and existing credit relationships
Manage and grow existing customer relationships with businesses that generally have $20M to $150M in revenue
Liaise between all parties to ensure timely and efficient analysis that meets the expectations of the Borrowers, Lenders and Administration Team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field
Minimum 8 years' leveraged lending experience
Experience in identifying documentation risks, addresses, and/or negotiating to resolution with the ability to determine went to elevate risk situations to appropriate individuals
Effective time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
Strong executive presence and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $98,000-$150,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
