We are seeking experienced an experienced Senior PMO within the area of the ROC-CLM initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the project manager with administrational tasks and taking over business analysis topics through to completion. You will support the organization in structuring the needs, plans, and tools, and contribute to creating transparency about the project status in an efficient and effective manner.Take responsibility of ‘Integration Point’ management within the ROC-CLM initiative
Support the Project Manager in structuring JIRA, delivery plans, resource planning, and regular status reporting
Update PM tools (JIRA, Confluence) to ensure full transparency of what/when/where
Manage communication with all data consumers in the context of ‘Integration Point’ management; align on timelines and deliverables, supported by ROC-CLM Business Analysts for data-related discussions and alignments
Experienced Project Manager in both classic and agile methodologies, with proven track record for delivering complex projects, particularly with complex interface landscapes
Business analysis experience within an enterprise level
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve contradictory requirements in smart manner
Entrepreneurial mind-set; your ideas are welcome
Willingness to learn new ways of working while supporting Julius Baer in its transformation
Take pride in your work and strive to lead by example
Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, social interaction, and cross-cultural mindset; empathy with can-do spirit
Ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders
Fluency in English; German would be a plus
