Responsible for the preparation and/or operation of various components, materials, equipment, machines including, but not limited to: any and/or all applicable components, materials, equipment, machines in the assigned area(s). While performing all tasks in a safe manner.
Take the lead on supporting/facilitating OJT (On-the-Job-Training) process signoffs for new and existing colleagues and contractors. Serve as a back-up for Group Leader/Aseptic Production Lead (APL) when absent and support SAP transactions.
How You Will Achieve It
Support and provide feedback to new and existing colleagues and contractors on requirements for work area.
Under the guidance of management, must be able to step in intermittently for Group Leader or APL to meet operational goals.
If Group Leader/APL is not available, serves as point of contact for questions and guidance pertaining to running the line, production, and compliance and final accountability for packaged material and product for area of operations.
Support SAP transactions as needed for area of operation, order, schedule and consume commodities, send commodities out and finalize process orders.
Responsible for escalating personnel behavior and performance concerns to supervisor.
Serve as a subject matter expert in room procedures and operations.
Maintain proper documentation – batch records, check sheets, logbooks.
Perform fill room setup and perform room and equipment sanitation, including work over head.
Ensure environmental excursions are kept at an acceptable level.
Stay current with training requirements and follow SOPs, cGMPs, batch records, TCPs, BOMs and POPs.
Communicate openly and clearly with line personnel and supervision to accomplish manufacturing goals.
Promote a positive team environment.
Notify Group Leader/Supervisor of all safety issues.
Qualifications
Must-Have
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
A minimum 12 months in a Pfizer Pharmaceutical Attendant role.
Completed or willing to complete Certified Trainer course.
Must be able to make minor mechanical machine adjustments.
Must be able to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with line personnel to meet operational and training goals.
Work well interdepartmentally, as well as, with all plant departments.
Must be capable of performing data entry into calculators and computers.
Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and have a problem-solving mindset.
Must work to a certain degree, independently with limited supervision.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift 10-20 lbs. frequently and up to 45 lbs. sporadically, including lifting above shoulders.
Must be able to withstand exposure to inks, solvents, heat, steam and liquids.
Walk and stand for up to 8 to 12 hours depending on assigned area.
Vision must be correctable to 20/20.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Able to work rotating shifts, holidays, nights and weekends as required
Must be able to gown aseptically and retain certification
