ABOUT THE JOB

1. Performance & Rewards Program Execution & Operations
• Execute end-to-end annual rewards cycles:

Annual performance & merit review

Star of the Year recognition program

Goal Setting and 90-day check-in
• Manage detailed timelines, trackers, and execution checklists
• Coordinate with HRBPs, Finance, Payroll, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity throughout all reward cycles

2. Rewards Data, Reporting & Administration
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc rewards reports and dashboards
• Support analysis by providing clean, validated data inputs
• Maintain reward documentation, templates, and audit trails

3. Policy & Compliance Operations
• Support implementation and operationalization of Rewards policies
• Track compliance with labor, tax, and social insurance regulations
• Maintain policy repositories, version control, and approval records
• Support policy updates by coordinating inputs and implementation steps

4. Salary Structure & Movement Operations
• Prepare and maintain rewards data to support salary range design and implementation:

Job matching cleansing

Job level mapping

Market benchmarking (benefit & salary surveys)
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure new hire and internal movement cases follow approved reward principles
• Prepare exception cases and documentation for review and approval

5. Benefits & Wellbeing Operations
• Support health insurance renewal process:

Data preparation

Vendor coordination

Communication rollout

Coordinate wellbeing initiatives and employee communications

6. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
• Act as key coordination point between Rewards, HRBPs, Payroll, Finance, and vendors
• Prepare communication materials and execution plans for People Leaders
• Ensure communications are released on time and aligned with program timelines

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • University degree in any discipline in HR
  • 3-5 years of HR experience in HR Ops/ Rewards/ C&B/ Payroll/ HR Analytics
  • Strong detail & logic, as well as process & follow-through
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office, Excel/ Data handling
  • Regional / global experience would be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement (senior management) influencing, negotiation and management skills
  • Ability to successfully work in cross-functional teams
