MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Key Responsibilities :-
● Independently produce, review, and validate daily, monthly, and quarterly performance and
attribution outputs across assigned strategies.
● Perform detailed attribution analysis (allocation, selection, sector/country/security‑level effects)
versus benchmarks.
● Analyze portfolio results to identify and explain key drivers, contributors, and detractors to
performance.
● Serve as a primary contact for performance‑related questions from Portfolio Managers and
internal stakeholders.
● Prepare and review client‑facing performance and attribution reports, ensuring accuracy,
consistency, and clarity.
● Support Client Service and Marketing teams with performance data, analytics, and written
explanations for client reporting and presentations.
● Ensure all deliverables adhere to approved templates, methodologies, and disclosures used by the
firm.
● Act as a first‑level escalation point for performance discrepancies and attribution breaks.
● Investigate and resolve issues related to pricing, corporate actions, cash flows, benchmark
changes, or data integrity.
● Apply sound judgment to assess materiality and ensure timely resolution while maintaining strong control standards.
● Support adherence to GIPS standards and PineBridge performance reporting policies.
● Assist with audits, verifications, and client due‑diligence requests related to performance and attribution reporting.
Qualifications:
● 3-5 years relevant experience in Performance and Quantitative Analysis field gained within asset management or fund house.
● Degree holder in finance/statistics/computer studies or related disciplines, with professional qualification such as CFA or CIPM or other similar qualification is a plus.
● Team player, detail-minded, strong communication skills, highly organized and proactive.
● Able to work in a team and/or independent scenario.
● Conversant with common financial information systems such as Port+, FactSet, Wilshire IQ and Aladdin.
