What we are we looking for:

Are you an experienced Performance Analyst who enjoys working close to investments, portfolios, and stakeholders?

We’re looking for our next Senior Performance Analyst to join Invesco’s Global Performance Measurement team, based at our EMEA headquarters in Henley‑on‑Thames.

This is a high‑impact role where you’ll take ownership of complex performance outputs, act as a trusted subject‑matter expert, and help shape how performance is measured, governed, and reported across our global investment platform.

The Global Performance Measurement team is responsible for the calculation, validation, governance, and oversight of investment performance across Invesco’s global product range, including GIPS and regulatory oversight within EMEA.

You’ll work closely with portfolio managers, product, risk, and global performance colleagues — combining deep performance expertise with strong judgment, collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities include:

Performance Calculation & Analysis

  • Own the accurate and timely delivery of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance across asset classes and client mandates

  • Interpret performance results, trends, and KPIs, providing expert insight to stakeholders

  • Investigate anomalies, resolve complex issues, and act as an escalation point

Data Management & Controls

  • Maintain high standards of data quality, controls, and auditability

  • Partner with Technology and Data teams to shape requirements and system enhancements — without this being an IT‑heavy role

Compliance, GIPS & Regulatory Oversight

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with GIPS standards and regulatory requirements

  • Support internal and external audits and maintain high‑quality documentation

  • Contribute to composite integrity and related disclosures

Reporting, Insight & Automation

  • Produce high‑quality performance reporting for management, clients, and regulators

  • Develop dashboards, automation, and process improvements

  • Identify opportunities to reduce operational risk and manual effort

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a key performance contact for internal stakeholders globally

  • Promote scalable, consistent, best‑practice performance processes

  • Share expertise and contribute to knowledge‑building within the performance community

What you can bring:

  • Proven experience in performance measurement or closely related asset management functions

  • Strong understanding of investment products, performance methodologies, KPIs, and investment accounting

  • Experience with GIPS standards and regulatory or audit environments

  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail

  • Independent, proactive mindset with sound professional judgment

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Technical capability (e.g. SQL; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau) — used to enhance insights, not as a core IT role

  • Intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience

  • CIPM or CFA would be highly desirable
