We're seeking a People professional who can operate as a Senior People Operations Specialist. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented and skilled in day-to-day HR operations. You’ll be expected to navigate administrative, compliance, and data driven aspects of the People function to ensure smooth processes. The role is hybrid in Tallinn but we are open to remote as long as you are able to come into the office when needed.
