As a People Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a remarkable employee experience for HubSpotters across the globe. In this role, you’ll support core People processes, manage employee inquiries, and help ensure operational excellence across onboarding, benefits, transactions, and compliance. Manage Tier 1 cases in our case management system (ServiceNow), resolving employee requests and triaging issues to the appropriate teams to ensure timely and accurate support.
Own shared inbox workflows while consistently meeting SLA and quality standards and maintaining a high bar for employee experience.
Process Workday transactions with precision, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance across employee records.
Identify opportunities to automate and improve People Operations processes and reporting workflows.
Maintain and audit employee records to ensure regulatory compliance and strong data integrity.
Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits to support seamless People initiatives.
Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes to ensure a smooth and engaging experience from hire through transition.
2+ years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday.
Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional People teams such as Compensation, Payroll, or Benefits.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.
Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to work 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST.
Must be based in Bangalore, India.
Experience working in a global or distributed team environment.
Exposure to process automation or workflow optimization initiatives.
Familiarity with SLA-driven service models or case management tools.
Experience supporting onboarding or employee lifecycle programs.
