As a Senior People Growth Catalyst, you will act as a strategic partner to the department heads and department leadership teams—coaching leaders, guiding organizational design, and driving initiatives that strengthen performance and engagement.
In the role you also work very hands-on with facilitating meetings, coaching leaders 1’1 and initiate, design and drive initiatives such as leadership bootcamps, department conferences and team development days.
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
