In this dynamic environment, we are now looking for a high caliber Senior Payroll Managed Services Associate for our team in Athens. 

Make a real impact 

  • Administrate through processing and/or review full year payroll calculation cycle and prepare monthly payroll reports for clients 

  • Prepare and submit social security and payroll tax filings (e.g. APD, FMY) 

  • Advise clients on HR and payroll compliance requirements 

  • Calculate compensation packages for employees 

  • Ensure calculations and data are in full compliance with laws and payroll/HR standards 

  • Handle the communication with the public authorities (e.g. social security, tax authorities)  

  • Provide support to other members of the team as required 

  • Coordinate project teams, motivate others and build team spirit 

  • Participate in internal committees to assist enhancement of operational model 

What you bring matters 

  • Three (3) to six (6) years of professional working experience in payroll 

  • Previous experience in a consulting firm/ client-facing position will be considered an asset. 

  • Experience of working on multiple payrolls will be highly regarded 

  • Excellent academic background from a Greek or foreign university 

  • Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek). 

  • Adequate comfort with the use of excel will be highly regarded 

  • Extensive knowledge of “ERGANI” Information System 

  • Experience with HRMS systems 

  • High-level knowledge of labour and social security law 

  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality with a strong sense of responsibility 

  • Ability and willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 

  • Willingness for continuous learning and development
