Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Senior Payroll Analyst to join our Business Function team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for the reconciliation of historical social security contributions and the consolidation of multiple legal entities into a single in-house payroll operation.
In this role, you will:
Execute Payroll Integration: Support the transition of outsourced payroll operations into a centralized in-house team, ensuring all end-to-end processes are documented for transparency and audit readiness.
Collaborate for Transformation: Partner with Global Technology and HR teams to prepare for the transition to a global outsourced payroll engine while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Ensure Legislative Compliance: Provide subject matter expertise on French payroll legislation to resolve data discrepancies and ensure all organizational standards and local regulations are met.
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in French payroll management within complex, matrix organizations.
Strong knowledge of French payroll legislation and experience with payroll transformation or system integration projects.
Proven ability in stakeholder management and navigating complex payroll data to identify and resolve risks.
Fluency in French and English is required to support cross-functional teams across the EMEA region.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
