The Global Partners Organization (GPO) is hiring a Senior Partner Success Advisor, Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking (PATT) to join our team with varied strengths. You will play a crucial role in enabling services delivery of Workday’s offerings across our services partner ecosystem related to the key PATT product solution. You will create and lead the implementation and maintenance of Partner CoE standard processes to build and cultivate a successful services practice. You will coach and prepare the first wave of delivery resources for new partners. You will also serve as an escalation point for high-risk partner deployments. In this role, you will:
Deliver CoE services to partners to enable and cultivate partner practice growth.
Support partner in critical complex pursuits and deployments.
Drive ongoing efficiency and quality improvement related to mature services.
Build and lead Partner CoE standard processes, deployment related documentation, presentations and pre-configuration.
Be an authority in Workday PATT products and deployment approaches.
Serve as an escalation and coordination point for partner delivery teams for high risk / high profile prospects and customers for new offerings.
Influence and provide insight for new products and solutions.
Vet partner project concerns and issues before they go to Solutions Enablement.
Advise partners on ramping strategies for New Offering Launches and other new functionality released by Workday.
About You
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a consultant, implementing Workday.
2+ years of Workday experience in at least one of the following areas: Payroll, Absence or Time Tracking.
Other Qualifications
Ability to solve business challenges through the application of planning, reporting and analytics tools,
Consistent record of deploying multiple concurrent projects and successfully driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
Knowledge of business process improvement methods and standards.
Positive relationship building.
Strong analytical problem solver with a willingness to formulate new and better ideas on how to implement delivery of professional services.
Ability to optimally mentor, train and support the partner firms re: delivery of core products, new products, and acquisitions.
Consistent track record in coordinating cross-functional and regional teams to solve complex business pursuits and deployments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
