Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior PAM Consultant (CyberArk) with strong experience in coordinating onboarding processes for privileged accounts across infrastructure, application, and cloud environments.

In this role, you will analyze onboarding readiness, guide privileged account owners, manage collaboration with CyberArk engineers, and ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding process from assessment through testing and sign‑off.

How you will get the job done

  • Analyze onboarding readiness for privileged accounts across infra, apps, and cloud.
  • Guide account owners on onboarding steps, groups, shared accounts, and safes.
  • Coordinate CyberArk engineers during implementation and testing.
  • Oversee testing and ensure onboarding sign‑off.
  • Support user teams through onboarding, workshops, and collaboration with the PAM Run Team.

Skills and experience you will need

  • 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, ideally including integration of security requirements into IT solutions.
  • General understanding of Identity Access Management, including Privileged Access Management requirements.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; German language an advantage
  • SLG3 (possibly SLG4)
