OVERVIEW:
The Paid Social Senior Executive will take ownership of executing key regional campaigns across our international markets. This role is pivotal in shaping and driving the Paid Social strategy, overseeing media budget allocation and phasing, and delivering performance reporting across the full marketing funnel.
You will be accountable for channel performance within designated international regions, ensuring our brand leverages the latest content, formats, and social platforms to maximize impact. Additionally, you will mentor and support Paid Social Executives, providing regular feedback, guidance, and task management to foster team growth and excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Identify and test new opportunities, formats, and placements across social platforms to drive innovation.
- Stay informed on industry trends and product insights to ensure continuous growth and best practice adoption.
- Provide regular performance updates to key stakeholders at channel, campaign, and regional levels.
- Actively test new tactics and content, maintaining a test-and-learn approach to optimise Paid Social performance.
- Ensure accounts are regularly optimised and budgets are phased and allocated to top-performing content and audiences.
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Develop execution plans for campaigns and lead key projects to keep innovation at the forefront.
- Collaborate with wider marketing teams and maintain strong relationships with platform account managers for insights and recommendations.
- Support and mentor Paid Social Executives, providing guidance on best practices and task management.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Essential Criteria:
- Strong understanding and proven experience in managing and executing Paid Social campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with a variety of social advertising platforms.
- Excellent data analysis skills with confidence in using Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of Paid Social objectives across the full marketing funnel.
- Ability to measure and report on performance effectively.
- Demonstrated capability to launch projects and collaborate within a team environment.
- Skilled at identifying optimisation opportunities within campaigns.
- Confident in presenting findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, for diverse audiences.
- Competent in querying data and problem-solving.
- Passionate about digital marketing, with a strong desire to test new tactics and stay up to date with industry developments.
