Job Description Summary

The Senior Order Fulfillment Manager for US and Canada (USCAN) leads a team of Order Fulfillment Specialists to manage fulfillment activities and schedule date management of USCAN imaging orders. The team is responsible for signaling demand and aligning schedule dates to support customer demand expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment Management

  • Lead and develop a team of Order Fulfillment Specialists (OFS).

  • Oversee system message actions, including order changes, pushouts, and cancellations.

  • Ensure SSDD (Schedule Ship Date from Distribution) accuracy.

  • Maintain distribution material framework for New Product Introduction (NPI).

Expanded Responsibilities

  • Drive alignment and efficiency between OFS, S&OP, HPM, and Supply teams.

  • Standardize OFS/S&OP quarter-end processes.

  • Align inventory strategy to support business targets and modality-specific behaviors.

  • Support OTR Imaging Hoshin Kanri initiatives for SOSD stability.

  • Redesign logistics processes and improve regional interaction, measured via SOSD Past Due.

  • Implement TCS Daily Management System (DMS) standards and audit processes to support Heijunka.

  • Own FSET scheduling as part of HK initiatives.

Strategic Expectations

  • Inventory Optimization

    • Lead projects to reduce aged inventory and achieve inventory targets in partnership with inventory analysts.

    • Align inventory processes with warehouse leadership.

  • Revenue Support

    • Broaden logistics monitoring capabilities.

    • Introduce FSET checks and date disconnect monitoring.

    • Develop end-of-quarter risk tracker and formal escalation process aligned with Project Infinity Big Rock.

    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to add documentation for distribution-level requirements in the NPI process (ECR).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience).

  • Minimum 5 years in a Manufacturing or Order-to-Remittance (OTR) role.

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

  • Experience applying ASCP to manage demand and inventory levels.

  • MBA or applicable master’s degree preferred.

  • APICS certification(s) highly desirable.

  • Six Sigma/Lean certification and problem-solving expertise.

  • Project management experience.

  • Graduate of OMLP/OMDP leadership development programs (preferred).
