Role Overview:

We seek a talented Oracle Fusion Administrator to help drive the integrity of our internal data, optimize our ERP experience, and ensure our Finance and Accounting teams have the tools they need to succeed. We are growing fast, and we are looking for someone excited to dig into our ERP data, drive and implement processes, and provide recommendations.

You will be able to work with many facets of the product with a heavy focus on Procurement, Finance, and Accounting. This position is integral to Everfox's digital transformation, giving you a fantastic opportunity to make your mark on the company's successful growth journey.

Responsibilities:

· Serve as a functional system administrator for Everfox’s Oracle Fusion environment

· Design, optimize, and manage the Oracle Fusion environment – including complex system configurations, and data management – building our ERP to be a reliable source of truth for Finance and Accounting Data.

· Build, maintain, and execute on a roadmap for the evolution of our ERP, based on cross-functional and executive input as well as your assessment of our system needs

· Participate in the evaluation, scope, and implementation of new systems and integrations

· Implement automation for complex business processes

· Serve as SME for Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay Oracle business flows

· Good understanding of Order Management Orchestration Flow

· Knowledge of RMCS (Revenue Management Cloud Service) is helpful

· Good working knowledge of Subledger Accounting (SLA) Rules

· Good working knowledge of Procurement Approval Workflow rules configuration

· Experience with Oracle EPM is helpful

· FBDI loads/scheduling of concurrent processes/OTBI Reports/ OCI Access tasks

· Manage user access and permissions, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and support to users as needed

· Partner with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and lead projects to implement solutions

· Develop and implement best practices for using Oracle Fusion to support our business processes and ensure data integrity

· Stay current with Oracle Fusion releases and new features, evaluate their impact on our business, and make recommendations for adoption

· Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, training materials, and system diagrams

· Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion, providing guidance and thought leadership to the team

· Help to drive user adoption of new technology

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience as an Oracle ERP Administrator

· You have knowledge of Procurement and Enterprise Resource Planning modules in Oracle Fusion.

· Is a highly motivated self-starter with a collaborative, team & growth-oriented mindset

· Possess the ability to build effective relationships, listen, communicate, influence, and collaborate cross-team at all organizational levels

· Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Oracle Fusion and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes

· You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and design effective solutions

· Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to conduct presentations to large groups

· Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus

· BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:

$124,400.00-162,199.00 USD

The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
