This is a fully on-site, in office role.
Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor and troubleshoot system installations at our customer sites
• Respond to system alarms and complete system actions
• Analyze and identify cause of system issues, supporting our Field Service Technicians and Product Quality testing team remotely with system troubleshooting efforts
Skills and Experience:
• 2+ years of experience working with DCS / SCADA environment
• Highly motivated and able to work independently in a fast pace work environment
• Technical knowledge in electrochemistry or Fuel cell operation
• Technical knowledge of mechanical systems, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID, plumbing and valve operation
• Knowledge with safely working with fuels (natural gas, propane & hydrogen)
• Understanding of AC & DC power electronic technology
• Self-starter that shows the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
• Working hours: 8 hour shifts to support 24 hour operation
