We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to join our Fleets & Vehicles team in Spain. In this role, you will drive operational performance and profitability across our fleet ecosystem, supporting both independent fleet partners and captive structures.
You will help scale one of Bolt’s key supply pillars by tracking operational and financial performance, identifying improvement opportunities through data analysis, and leading cross-functional initiatives that drive growth, efficiency and contribution margin.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will support market-level P&L management through forecasting, analysing revenue and cost drivers, and turning insights into clear operational actions. You will collaborate with teams across Business Development, Finance, Marketing, Policy, and Product to ensure strong execution.

- <point>You are hands-on, structured and execution-driven, with the ability to translate business objectives into concrete operational action plans.</point>
- <point>You have strong project and stakeholder management skills, and you are comfortable coordinating multiple cross-functional teams without direct authority.</point>
- <point>You are autonomous, proactive and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for performance outcomes.</point>
- <point>You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally, in Spanish and English.</point>
